Slow and not-so-steady

I’m running out of FOs to post – I have just one more, and then you’re stuck with reading about my WIPs for an indeterminate amount of time. So, what is going on with the WIPs, anyway?

There’s really only two worth showing at the moment:

I finished the back for Lizette. You may notice that it’s biasing a bit, which I’m not a fan of, but I’m hoping the seams will stabilize everything. I’m pretty excited about this one. I can’t wait to have a cute summery top!

And, I actually started another project the same week I started Lizette:

It’s installment #2 of my self-imposed sock club! The pattern is Gothic Spire by Cookie A, and the yarn is Koigu, in a lovely dark purple (prettier in person). Believe it or not, I’ve had these two skeins of yarn earmarked for this specific pattern for a couple of years. So it’s about time I started working on it, right? I’m cutting out one of the leg repeats but will otherwise be knitting this sock to pattern.

As for the other projects, none of them look significantly different from the last time you saw them. Just slightly longer. Boring, I know.
