Blue tubes

I’ve mentioned this project a couple of times over the past couple of months. But it’s taken me awhile to post about it because honestly, stockinette rectangles are boring.

But by now I’ve done some of the ribbing, and I finally have this to show for it:

This is Tubey, take two. My first one doesn’t fit me anymore, so I’m making another.

It’s been kind of slow going; this Tubey seems like it’s taking forever. Even though I’m knitting a smaller size this time, I’m using a finer yarn at an appropriate gauge. So, there’s a hell of a lot of stitches in this. I’m sure it’ll be worth it, though!
